Leasi has signed a contract with Skanska, including its subsidiaries Entreprenørservice AS, Vassbakk & Stol AS and Marthinsen & Duvholt AS. The contract is of central importance and is a major milestone for Leasi , which is entering an exciting growth phase.

Already in March, they outcompeted Leasi strong bidders and won an innovation contract with the municipality of Oslo. With the Skanska contract, the young company takes a big step forward. Skanska can have close to 200 machines working simultaneously on a road project. If one important excavator suddenly stops, a number of dumpers, bulldozers and trucks can stand idle in a queue while the costs run up.

Leasi allows Skanska to capture and aggregate information from all machinery and equipment across all subsidiaries in the group. They receive information on operations, service and maintenance, utilization rates, and emissions data. In addition, they can see an overview of capital allocation and other financial information.
– The system Leasi offers will contribute to a clear improvement in the data flow from all our machines on the projects. The solution will also give us a complete overview of the entire machine park of both Skanska and all our subsidiaries. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our use of data and digital solutions to streamline our operations. Leasi received early support from Innovation Norway, and has raised over one million in market clarification and start-up grants. With Skanska on the team, the company is seeking Leasi reach an innovation support of approximately five million, topped off with an innovation loan. The goal is to reach a total capital raising of 12 million in the first investment round before the end of Q1 2024.
– In advance of the investment round, we have met with an incredible number of talented and experienced investors, and will now ensure the best possible combination to strengthen the company. The focus has been on Norwegian investors, but we have also received several inquiries from international investors interested in the round, says Scott A. Bekke in Leasi .
Skanska has initially signed a project contract with the company but has a long-term perspective on the collaboration.
– We are facing a new era where the requirements for sustainability reporting are becoming increasingly stringent, with higher demands for good data from emissions and machine use in our projects. For Skanska's part, we are always looking to improve our data basis to improve operational efficiency, and at the same time cut emissions from our machinery, emphasizes Christoffer Hernæs in Skanska Digital.
