Less admin. More billable hours.
When the rental order, price matrix and billing basis sit in the same data model, double entry disappears. The result: more order lines per employee, fewer billing errors, and faster cash flow.
What people ask about Orders and rentals.
-
Can we mix hourly and daily rates on the same order?
Yes. The price matrix lets you combine hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates with progressive discounts and seasonal pricing. Every order line can use its own pricing model without having to split the order.
-
How is internal invoicing handled?
Internal invoicing is handled as ordinary rental orders between companies in the group. Internal pricing can be set per machine or category, and the data is transferred to the right accounting system via the ERP integration.
-
Can we accrue invoicing on long-term rentals?
Yes. You can choose advance, in-arrears or running invoicing, and run accruals monthly or per quarter. Deviations are handled as rebills or credit notes.
